1. ISCSI Boot?
2. 802.3ad link aggregation
3. virtual machine device queues
4. pc-sig sr-iov implementation (8 virtual functions per port)

Intel 82576 controller can support all 4 features.
Please use X8DTN+, X8DAH+, X8DTH-I, or X8DTU that have Intel 82576 LAN chip.
