I just received this Super Chassis 836TQ-R710, but it comes with the rail too long for my rack case. Is there any shorter rail available for this chassis?

There is a shorter rail (MCP-290-00058-0N) from 19” – 26.6” which compatible with this chassis. Please contact RMA Dept to order it. You may contact our RMA department at 408-503-8000 (ext 4 or 8080) or email : rma@supermicro.com
