I want to mount heat-sink SNK-P0035AP4 in the X9SCA-F system with 2U chassis. Is it the correct heat-sink to use?

No. SNK-P0035AP4 is used for LGA 775 or LGA 1366. For socket H2 LGA 1155 (X9SCA-F), SNK-P0046A4 active heat sink can be used for 2U+ Servers and Workstations.
