I updated the IPMI firmware per your instructions. More importantly, I can no longer log into the server using the console redirection. Once I click on launch, the java sign comes on and then disappears. Please help!

Please clear all the Java Cache [under control panel-> Java Control-> delete all temp files]. The console redirection should work OK .
