Question
I have a SuperServer 5015A-PHF. I need an active sink for this server because the processor temperatures reach 73 degrees Celsius on the hottest days, when the room temperature reaches 35 degrees Celsius. Unfortunately, the environment is not cold and I've been very concerned about these temperatures of the processor. What are your recommendations, and where to find it?

Answer
The cooling of Super Server 5015A-PHF is relied on the system power supply cooling fan. The CPU temperature spec for Intel® Atom™ D510 processor is 100 degree C. CPU temperature 73 degree C is still within spec. For your reference, please see attached links.
