Could I use a GPU card about 12” long in 1027GR-TRFT SuperServer? If only a 10.5” GPU card is allowed, is there enough room for the 6 or 8-pin power connector between the fan and the GPU card?

No, you can’t use the 12” GPU card. A GPU card no bigger than 10.5” long will fit in. There will be enough space for the power connectors.
