I have tested IPMI linux flash utility, Using RedHat or something old these tools works. But not with
Ubuntu 12.04 or any other modern distribution. any idar?

We have similar issue relate can you reference following solution.

Seems like yafuflash does NOT work when kernel is bundled with the following modules:

ipmi_devintf
ipmi_si
ipmi_msghandler

Wheter compiled in or included in InitRAMfs.
But when the modules are unloaded (modprobe -r ) it works quite well.
