Does 5015A-PHF system come with a riser card so that the pci-x port can be used; orr does Super Micro offer an Atom based appliance that does support pci-e full height card? Please include part number & any optional accessories needed.

The server 5015A-PHF, the X7SPA motherboard had PCI-E slot location on 7th slot which does not support riser card. The Server 5015A-EFH-D525 is included with riser card; the X7SPE motherboard had PCI-E slot location on 6th which can be add riser card.
