Yes SBM-XEM-X10SM does support passive twinax (direct-Attach) cables, we have:

CBL-0347L - One-Meter length
CBL-0456L – Two-Meter length
CBL-0348L - Three-Meter length
CBL-0349L - Five-Meter length
