I have Super Micro system 7047R-72RFT with 2 x Intel Xeon E5 2609 Quad Core 2.4GHZ LGA2011 10MB 6.4 GT/S 80W Processor and 8 x Super Micro Memory - 8GB DDR3-1600 2RX4 ECC Reg, RoHS - MEM-DR380L-HL02-ER16. The problem is the server POST and hang on " System Initializing........ 2F " And then I swap the CPU into "Intel Xeon E5 2670 8 Core 2.6GHZ LGA2011 20MB 8GT/S 115W Processor for Super Micro " and it works and pass the Initializing. I look for the new BIOS, but the latest is R1a, that is the same as motherboard. Please advice how should to fix this incompatibility.

I believe is not related to issue with incompatibility, the current BIOS version 1.0a does support Intel E5 2609 processor. Since it can run both Intel E5 2670 processors then check your Intel E5 2609 processor and run them individual processor on CPU socket #1 to see which processor cause the problem.
