We have SBE-720E-D50 Blade Enclosure and we have a SMB-XEM-X10S and SMB-GEM-X2C+ model that are both working fine. We are trying to add a SBM-GEM-002 module, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I can plug a live cable into any of its ports, none of their activity lights come on when I do. The module does show up in the CMM though as the screen shot should show. All the modules seem to be plugged in the correct places as well
The 1G pass-thru module for the TwinBlade enclosure SBE-720 series is SBM-GEP-T20, so SBM-GEM-002 does not work, it works only for SBE-714 and SBE-710 enclosure. You can add SBM-GEP-T20 to this configuration.
