I’m looking for a server with E3-1200 and 2 x PCI 3,3V full profile slots.
Can we use CSE-825TQ-R740UB + X9SPU-F + RSC-R2UU-A3XE8?

You can't install RSC-R2UU-A3XE8 on X9SPU-F due to slot design difference.
