Question
We have problem with installing VMware ESXi 5.0/5.1 on system with X9DRL-iF and LSI 9240-4i RAID controller. System hangs at loading module megaraid_sas (see attached picture).
Motherboard BIOS is R 1.1 hardware revision is 1.01 LSI Controller
firmware is 2.130.384-2166, firmware package is 20.11.1-0135

Please change setting in Advanced PCiE/PCI/PnP Configuration > PCI ROM Priority to UEFI first and this solves the problem.
