Can I get information about which DIMM on my H8DMR-82 got an ECC error by reading the DMI event log in BIOS setup menu?

No, this model does not support this function. You can obtain the information of the ECC error of DIMMs by reading DMI event log, but not able to specify which slot got an ECC error.
