Does X8DTN+ main board support the Intel Xeon W5580 3.2GHz 8MB 1366 processors which is 130 watts?

It depends. If your chassis is small like 1a U, 2U or 3U, then you can only use CPU < 100 watt. For example,

If it is a tower chassis with strong fan and air flow, then it is fine. For example,
