I purchased a CSE-RR1U-E16 riser card to install on your SS5016T-MTFB Super Server, but we found the riser card does not fit on the motherboard. What is the issue?

The problem may relate to the conflicting with SXB PCIe x8 slot in rear side. Since the latest PCB revision can have the v-cut to support X8STi-F that has a SXB connector right behind of the PCIe x16, please check the PCB revision of RR1U-E16 and make sure it is R3.2 or newer .
