Question
On connecting the infiniband port of the X8DTT-IBQF to a Qlogic 12300 switch, the speed negotiated is only 20Gbps even though the mellanox Connect X chip is QDR and can achieve speeds of 40Gbps.

The firmware attached to this post should fix this problem. PLease ensure that the motherboard is not X8DTT-IBQF rev 2.0. If any doubt please contact Super Micro Tech support for further clarification.
