Is it possible to install the riser card RSC-RR1UE-AXL as the PCI-X, instead of the CSE-RR1U-E8 as the PCI-E, in the 5015A-H SuperServer?

No, it is physically not possible to install this riser card. We do not have a PCI-X compatible riser solution for this server.
