When the motherboard X8SIA is placed in standby mode, how can I be sure the USB ports will be switched off?

Change the jumper JPUSB1 to short pins 2 and 3 instead of 1 and 2 to switch the rear USB (Port 0, 1, 2, 3) off during system standby mode.
