On H8 MB with AMD5100 chipset MB, I only see 4 out of 6 HDDs while creating onboard raid. Is there any way I can use all 6 HDD for RAID?

By default, first 4 SATA ports are for RAID while last 2 SATA ports for optical drives. You can change the SATA IDE Combination mode to [disabled] in the BIOS setup, and you will see all 6 HDD for RAID.
