Question
Is it OK to use 9650SE-8LPML with Supermicro SC847E1-R1400 chassis? From one port to 24 HDD Front BPN can use one mini sas to Mini sas cable, and from the other connector on the card to the 12port back BPN ONE MORE CABLE?
For SATA HDD, we intend to use 9690SA-8i for this, But I think, 9650SE may also work well?

847E1 is with SAS expander, you need to use SAS card with it. The 9650SE-8LPML is a SATA card, not for SAS.
