I have RDIMM 4GB (HMT151R7BFR4C-H9)x18 = 72gb If I set Memory Mode to Channel Mirror I get 24gb This is normal?

We don't suggest set to channel mirror. Due to this X8DTN+-F has 18 slots for memory.
One channel has 3 slots, if you set to channel mirror will used 2 slots pre one channel only, that's why OS show 24GB.
