We have a problem with detecting of AOC card on 6016T-URF system,
when additional PCI-e x16 VGA is installed.We tried latest BIOS the card is not recognised. Is there any trick to make it visible?

This is probably a option rom space problem you have. try to disable some un used optionrom devices f.e. by disabling second SATA; Legacy USB and SXB2 boot ROM if you don't use them.
