I want to Put AOC-USAS-H4IR on X7DWE in 846TQ-R900B? My concern is the UIO card will not align with the rear window. Please advice.

For 1U and 2U chassis, UIO card needs U chassis. For 3U above chassis, UIO card needs the UIO slot on the MB. The UIO slot is the blue slot of X7DWE so it should be able to install this UIO card.
