Is there any way to disable web access to IPMI of my X8DTU-F, but that we still can use IPMI view?

Yes, In the IPMI interface, you choose configuration and then ports. You can change Http port 80 to a port that is blocked by your firewall, then web access is not possible anymore. You still can use IPMIview. make sure you use the latest IPMI firmware.
