We have 5015M-MT with Intel E6500 CPU which is 1066 Mhz FSB, along with DDR2 667 unbuffered ECC RAM, according to your website this should work, but it does not boot, any solution?

This CPU is with 45nm technology, which is not supported on this board, you would need to change to a CPU with 65 or 80 nm.
