Could I install the SBM-XEM-002M 10GbE pass-through module into SBE-710Q or SBE-720E Blade enclosure?

No, it doesn’t fit physically in these two enclosures. The SBM-XEM-002/M can only be used in SBE-710E and SBE-714E enclosures.
