What are the different ways to manage a SMCI Blade Layer2/3 Switch?

Following are the ways to manage a SBM-GEM-X2C+, SBM-XEM-X10S:
1) using the RS232 serial console port with CLI;
2) through CMM using the mgmt IP interface with GUI;
3) configure an IP interface on any external ports and telnet/SSH/GUI using that IP
