I have a 7046T-H6R server (X8DTH-6 motherboard) with a Xeon E5506 and in OS it is showing hyper-threading as disabled. How do I enable it in the BIOS? I just can't seem to find it.

E5506 does not support hyper threading:

therefore you won't see this option in BIOS.
