I'm trying to determine 1st off, if the H8DCT-F supports memory-chipkill (correction of double-bit errors). If it does, do the DRAM devices need to be x4 or x8? I cannot locate this info. on your site.
All G34 and C32 based H8 MB support memory chip-kill function. The Chip-kill feature will enabled by Agesa code if the dimm support it. BIOS default will enable it. BIOS default DCT mode is Unganged mode and Symbol size is x8. Please see below table, G34/C32 CPU revision D with x4 DRAM can get the chipkill feature working. If used x8 DRAM, it may only can be detected the error but cannot be corrected
