Question
Using 6016T-6RF+ Superserver with 2x Mellanox Technologies MT26428 cards,
one of the cards is not recognized.
How can this issue be resolved ?

Please use following BIOS setting:
Advanced\PCI PnP configuration\Slot J2 PCIe Width : set to Force x8x8
