Can I use active CPU cooler SNK-P0032A4 for the combination of SC512L-260B and X7SBi?

SNK-P0032A4 can support a processor TDP up to 65W. To operate the system at a higher operating temperature, it is recommended using higher performance fans with a passive CPU heat sink such as superchassis 512F-260B.
