Question
I had 2U twin square server 6026TT-HIBQF with X8DTT-HIBQF+ with motherboard. Right now both the Adaptec and Intel code base firmware for the ICH10R SATA controller chip can only see the first ~800GB of my new 3TB drives. I cannot figure out how to update the firmware/BIOS such that it will recognize the full 3TB and build a RAID 5 array.

Answer
Due to Intel ICH10R south bridge chipset limited. The Intel south bridge SATA chipset controller are limitation support up to 2TB per volume can not create more than 2TB per volume.
