I would need information regarding the following switches (1 and 10Gbit models):
SSE-G24-TG4
SSE-G48-TG4
How big or large is the port-buffer of these switches above? >512KB/Port?

The packet memory (total 768KB) on the switch chip in that switch is dynamically allocated to the ports depending on the traffic. There are small portions of that memory used in the queues per port, but not 512KB/port.
