Using X8DTL-6F with IT mode, connecting all my 12 HDDs to backplane and the system is not able to boot. Why?

When LSI IT mode is configured, LSI firmware will report all installed HDD to BIOS by default. Other device, such as extra USB DVDROM, USB thumb drive, as bootable devices will be out of boot list. In such case, user can configure INT 13h instances inside LSI RAID utility for workaround.
