I am going to use the SC216E16-R1200LPB chassis with the JBOD kit. If I have the CBL-0102L I2C cable connected the backplane and the CSE-PTJBOD-CB2 power controller card, will the RAID controller detect the fans connect to the power controller card?

The firmware in the backplane BPN-SAS2-216EL1 in the chassis will report the status of fans directly connect to it. The fan connects to CSE-PJBOD-CB2 will not be reported.
