I have 4 servers all with X8DTH-6F and 835TQ-R800B.
Bios 2.0C
I’m facing a similar problem with all 4 servers, that is I can’t detect a 3TB SAS drive. However, when I tried with a 2TB it works. I also tried with other SATA drives, all able to detect.

Please update your SAS controller FW to latest PH10.
