X9DR3-F BIOS Rev. 1.0b. After flashed the BIOS Restore the BIOS defaults then Advanced -> Thermal Configuration -> Thermal Management: Disabled.

Any reason we put this in Disabled? Or, this option is depending on the CPU I am using?

This thermal management is for CPU uncore thermal management device. BIOS will hide uncore thermal management device on PCI bus when it is disabled. This option is nothing to do with system thermal management.
