I am going to be using an X8DTU-F motherboard with a RSC-R1UU-UE16 Riser Card in a CSE-815TQ-R650UB Chassis as a head unit, and need a SAS2 Non-RAID HBA with External SFF-8088 connectors to use to connect to a JBOD. Does SM have a UIO ---OR--- PCIe SAS2 HBA I can use?

Yes there is an option that can convert from internal to external with follow cable and UIO non-raid card.

The part number is CBL-0351L-LP

For non-raid support then use follow card.
