What is the difference between SMC_LCD_Library and SMC_LCD_v.1.x.x applicaiton(Ex: SMC_V1.4.1)?

1. SM_LCD_Library: This is library and includes the fpctl example
program. Users can use this library to develop their application with C
language. This library can be used in XP and Cent 5.4.
2. SMCLCD_v1.x.x application: This is not Library. This is application and made by Sun
Java. If users don't know the C language, they can use this JAVA
application to control the LCD panel. Basically, if users' computer can
run Sun Java, this application should work.
