Question
I have X9SRW-iF. when we install RSC-R1UW-E8R on the SXB2 Slot. We need to use AOC-SG-I4 but the motherboard do not see the card. We try AOC-SG-I2 but it do not see the card again. We try to set x8 and x4x4 but with no luck. We change GEN3 to GEN2 but still no success. Do you have another idea?

Please check your riser card version, Since X9SRW is newer design board so it need newer version riser card. (requestq 1.10 riser card version)
