Customer bought X8SIE in 2010. Today he asked about an upgrade for IPMI, could we offer him Supermicro IPMI Card - (AOC-LPIPMI-LANG)?

No, from our X8 line, we have boards with and without IPMI, in this case X8SIE (without ipmi) and X8SIE-F (with ipmi). We do not have an IPMI add-on solution for our X8 line boards. AOC-LPIPMI-LANG is used on older models like the Pentium4 series, PDSM4 and on older AMD platforms.
