I have X9DAI motherboard with E5-2640 processor installed. However the CPU speed show up in BIOS is 1200 MHz instead of 2500 MHz. Do I have a defective motherboard or BIOS bug?

Please make sure the JPME1 (and JPME2) jumper pin is shorten on pin 1-2 not pin 2-3.

If this issue happen after update the BIOS. Please make sure the process updating the BIOS, ME section is updated sucessfully. If ME section failed, please move the JPME1 (and JPME2) to pin 2-3 and flash the BIOS again. After finished updating the BIOS, move JPME1 (and JPME2) back to pin 1-2.
