I have recently purchased two X8DTi-LN4F motherboards and Intel Xeon W3565 Bloomfield 3.2GHz 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1366 130W Quad-Core Server Processor BX80601W3565 (one per board, but I have been unable to get either server to POST. Can you help?

You are using wrong type of CPU. X8DTi-LN$F does not support Xeon W3565 CPU, it only supports Intel Xeon 5600 series (Westmere) and 5500 series (Nehalem) processors.
