Yes the motherboard supports up to 135W TDP CPUs. However, please note that the system 6027R-TRF only support up to 130W TDP. The motherboard itself supports 135W TDP CPUs, so you might want to check the webpage for the motherboard and check the alternative recommended Chassis/system for it that also supports 135W TDP.
