Why is my over heat LED is always on when I use PD (Pentium D) processor on the X7SLM-L motherboard or 5035L server?

Answer
It’s due to the PD processor is using Thermal Diode while Core 2 Duo is using PECI technology. Please update your motherboard BIOS to the current revision.
