Customer purchased a 7036A-T and claimed that he cannot install the second heat sink because the space is too small. It is Super Micro heat sink SNK-P0035AP4 so it should not be a problem. Please advice.

If the customer is using two SNK-P0035AP4 Rev. A CPU heat sinks, then it should not have a CPU heat sink mechanical interference issue. If he is using different rev heat sink, he needs to replace them with rev A.
