Can we add a right side risercard to support low-profile PCI-X/PCI-E cards using Superserver 6015B-T+ or X7DBR-i+ in 1U chassis?

No, because the add-on card will touch the memory and/or memory slots, the mainboard X7DBR-i+ design does not support right side risercard in the 1U configuration.
