Question
I have the SC748TQ-R1200B chassis with two PWS-1K22-1R power supplies installed. The PDB (Power Supply Backbone) is PDB-PT748-8824. When I power up the system, only one LED on the PSU (Power Supply Unit) shows green. The other one is Amber. Could you verify whether this is normal?

This SC748TQ-R1200B should use PWS-1K22-1R Rev.2.3 to solve this problem. Please contact our RMA Department to send back the power supply and cross ship them with this PWS-1K22-1R Rev.2.3.
