I got one of your 512L chassis, the front panel cable that comes with the chassis doesn't work with my motherboard. Do you have a split front panel cable for this chassis?

Yes, we do. We recommend this chassis for our P4SGE and X5SSE motherboard, that why it has a custom front panel connector. If you need the split front panel cable, you can contact our rma dept and order one. The rma dept's email is rma@supermicro.com
